1. The occupancy,
of an overnight stay for the booked accommodation is limited only to the number specified on the "guest registration form"

2. Day Visitors
up to 4 persons for the booked accommodation may allowed from 10am to 10pm only
For security reasons, we do ask that you advise us of your intended visitor's names & visiting time

3. Smoking,
indoor is not allowed by the owner. Outdoor Smoking is not allowed according to the Baguio City Gov. Ordinance

4. Noise lelels,
we ask guests to moderate the noise level at all times as there are other guests as well neighbors who do not appreciate the noise
In addition, we ask the guests not to gather outside after 10:00 p.m., this includes a balcony and other common areas.
Guest who arrives after 10 pm and those departures before 7.00 am shall minimize their nose.
After 10 p.m. we ask you to keep all noise at the conversation level

1. Acquiring Accommodation,
of an overnight stay for the booked accommodation is limited only to the number specified on the "guest registration form"

2. Check-in & out times
Check-in time from 2:00 noon onwards
Check-out time until 12:00 noon
We may be flexible regarding earlier check-in or later check-out times, providing there are no previous or follow on guests acquiring the same accommodation.

3. Payment
Your booking is confirmed by receipt of your deposit, the balance of your payment at check-in upon your arrival.
We accept your deposit to our BDO, BPI account, or via .....

4. Cancellation.
The cancellation of 4 days before the check-in date will occur from the transient seekers. The deposit for the accommodation will not be refunded to the Transient seekers.
The cancellation of 14 days before the check-in date will occur from the transient seekers. The deposit for the accommodation will be carried over to a later booking date within the next 12 months.

of an overnight stay for the booked accommodation is limited only to the number specified on the "guest registration form or given via SMS by the Transient seekers"

2. Facilities provided.
The management is doing its best to ensure that all facilities are provided in good working condition for the enjoyment of your stay.

3. Security.
It should be noted that we take every precaution to maintain a high level of security.
You are ultimately responsible for your own security, including the safety of your valuables.

4. The management
in Baguio City reserves all right to be the final arbiter of any disputes.

1. Reservation Deposit.
* With a reservation deposit to block the units on the desired dates of stay.
* Reservation deposits shall be made within 24h from the time of the agreement and the transaction document shall be sent to the Business owner.
* Failure for any reason not to make the deposit Guests cannot claim the units on the desired dates to stay.

2. For Guests.
* Do not expect that accommodation is waiting for you if you not have made a guaranteed deposit in order to block your reservation to other guests. It is considered a Walk-in Booking.

3. The walk-in booking is a non-guaranteed booking
* This is a no expectation kind of booking.
* Guests opted not to guarantee their bookings for their accommodation are therefore on a first-come-first-served basis. It can be given to others who came earlier than you. * To avoid disappointments, call or send a text message right upon your arrival in Baguio and show up at the accommodation intended to stay.

4. Confirmed booking
* Upon receipt of payment, the business owner will issue a confirmation via SMS or email that guarantees the guests of the unit on the desired dates of stay.
